This project was a two-fold investment for the community. It honored a war hero in Manuel Perez Jr. but also provided a pavilion and playground for the community to gather. All Oklahoma Medal of Honor Recipients are also honored in etched illuminated glass. These glass panels make up points of the colored concrete star that really steals the show of this project. To cap it all off, the We Remember water feature wall is a peaceful way to pay your respects to those who served our country.
