Opening in 2024, this 27,000 square foot clubhouse replaced the existing clubhouse that was over 50 years old. This project included a complete demolition and new construction of the clubhouse, an additional heated and cooled covered hitting pavilion, and a refresh to the cart storage facility. This was all tied together with golf cart paths, driving range grading, and a new parking lot for the patrons.
