1996 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from the College of Engineering and Technology.
Todd has been with W.L. McNatt since 1996 during which he has experience in estimating, project management, and most recently finance. Prior to joining WLM, Todd had over five years previous experience in the construction field.
